Jil Sander men spring/summer 2014

Try keeping this clean...love the pop of the socks against everything
Spring 2014 is risky, yet irresistibly chic with Jil Sander's all-white opening looks. I don't know about the rest of y'all but I can't seem to keep white, well white. But I adore the look of it, and as dirty as it may get, as long as I have a few cute pictures in the garment before the inevitable stains occur...isn't it all worth it?

Vintage Finds!!!

Okay, so I've been on a crazy vintage binge lately. It's sort of taking over my life...I would stop, but I really like the idea of sustainable shopping.

There's just no better feeling than having semi one-of-a-kind pieces in your wardrobe. You just have to look around. It's especially hard with tees because you usually just glance over them, but don't do that! Look at every single shirt aggressively because you never know if someones gonna grab that Marc by Marc Jacobs before you do!

June Outtakes

Here's a few pictures that, as much as I loved them, just didn't fit into the posts. That's the thing about crazy continuous flashes, you get too much, and condensing is always the hardest part. Here's a few of my favorite never before seen.

Sweats are Bleak...I wanna play Dress Up!!!

My cousin and I were bored at Urban Outfitters waiting for my sister to try on her ugly xmas sweater, so we played dress up...I miss playing dress up...sweats are so passé

What is love anyway?

                      addiction

Boys...been there done that. Real love is something more temporary. A little fix that every trendy boy and girl dabbles in...the addictiveness of fashion. Love is a drug is it not?

How Fake is Your Smile?

My bed. AKA my office

Since I seem to be attracted to the world of retail shopping and customer service jobs, I had to think...How fake is my smile? Is it genuine? Is it escapism from conversation? Is it acceptance? What lies behind those pearly whites?

New York, London, and Paris

I'm sort of at a crossroads right now. I feel like I have to choose between fashion weeks, when in all honesty they all have their pros and cons. New York, my dream city was the place I escaped to and finally started growing up. London, one of the most creative places on earth, and also home to the world renowned University of Arts London. Paris, the most beautiful and dream-worthy city, also home to my best friend.

The Chanel Games

It’s as if the models were seeing light for the first time. I don’t know if it was the music or the setting, but it felt very ‘Garden of Eden’ or ‘Planet of the Apes.’ As if the humans were the equivalent of a petting zoo showcasing little ‘puppy’ outfits for the apes.

Why Hello

Reflecting on Life...
I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Anthony and I'm a brainy blogger from Santa Cruz, CA. I work a lot, and a groupie incognito is my attempt at having some semblance of a life. It's a chance for me to escape the day fly life of retail and saving for New York, and allows me to dream a little.

After all, without dreams, I don't know how I could even wake up in the morning. Everyday is an opportunity to learn something and to grow.

Live as if you were to die tomorrow, and learn as if you were to live forever.
I don't know who said that, but I heard it in Law & Order and it resonated to me lol
