summer blues

So, the last three days have the muggiest. I mean, I live in Santa Cruz, not London...no longer does the suns golden rays shine on me. It's all but gray clouds and drops of rain. I'm afraid to take my camera out(borrowed it from my sister) because the weather might destroy it. What's a boy to do? Take pictures inside with a tripod? I guess so. I'll post up my attempts tonight and see how those work out.

Vintage Finds!!!

Okay, so I've been on a crazy vintage binge lately. It's sort of taking over my life...I would stop, but I really like the idea of sustainable shopping.

There's just no better feeling than having semi one-of-a-kind pieces in your wardrobe. You just have to look around. It's especially hard with tees because you usually just glance over them, but don't do that! Look at every single shirt aggressively because you never know if someones gonna grab that Marc by Marc Jacobs before you do!

June Outtakes

Here's a few pictures that, as much as I loved them, just didn't fit into the posts. That's the thing about crazy continuous flashes, you get too much, and condensing is always the hardest part. Here's a few of my favorite never before seen.

The Borrowers

I happen to be year of the snake, hence the serpent ring
Vanessa(above) was a little stressed out, so I suggested we go thrifting downtown for some well needed retail therapy. Broke or not...

Not that beachy, but very Cliffy

Could it get more beautiful?
What a day it was. I started my new job and got to enjoy the beautiful Santa Cruz weather with some of my favorite people. Not many of us can just say that we have all this at our doorsteps, but I can and I'm thankful every single day.

Rosy Outlook

You probably don't know who I am...but coincidentally enough, neither do I.  At only 23 years of age, I have grown and experienced so much, yet have barely scratched the surface of my personality. But maybe that's what I want subconsciously. Never being one way or another. A constant battle between good and evil churns within my soul. Am I good? Am I bad? Am I doomed to fall in the gray when it comes to my morality?

What is right or wrong anyway? It's just opinions that I don't care to bother with. I'm learning to rely on my own ideas of myself. I have begun to learn to look at my life through rose colored lenses. What's a dream if you can't delude yourself into believing your own reality?

Why Hello

Reflecting on Life...
I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Anthony and I'm a brainy blogger from Santa Cruz, CA. I work a lot, and a groupie incognito is my attempt at having some semblance of a life. It's a chance for me to escape the day fly life of retail and saving for New York, and allows me to dream a little.

After all, without dreams, I don't know how I could even wake up in the morning. Everyday is an opportunity to learn something and to grow.

Live as if you were to die tomorrow, and learn as if you were to live forever.
I don't know who said that, but I heard it in Law & Order and it resonated to me lol
